Youth Fitness 

Ages 5-7: Game Time Fitness!  A fun, entry level fitness program for kids ages 5-7.  Learn the basics of sports, running, and fitness while also learning listening skills, teamwork, and friendly competition! (Registration link)

Ages 8-10- Athletic training for kids 8-10.  A mix of fun games and instructional fitness gearing them up for any sport.  They will focus on learning fundamentals of fitness and running, proper body mechanics, team work, and friendly competition.  (Registration link)
