Youth Fitness 

Intro Level @ 9:00 : A fun, entry level fitness program for kids ages 5-7.  Learn the basics of sports, running, and fitness while also learning listening skills, teamwork, and friendly competition! (Registration link)

Fundamentals @ 10:00 - Athletics and fundamentals for ages 8-12.  Footwork, speed, agility, and strength training.  They will focus on learning fundamentals of fitness, proper body mechanics, team work, and friendly competition.  (Registration link)
