Sharpen your skills all summer long with Coach Jaz!  

Check out our 1 Week Long Summer Training Camps for Middle School and High School Students.  Each week will include 4 different workouts focusing on Speed, Agility, Recovery and Strength Training.  High School and Middle School students will work together Monday-Thursday.  Saturday lifting sessions will be age group specific (see times beow).   Feel free to drop in to just one week or sign up for all 5!

1 Week Camp- $115 per week

Register for all 5- $500 (Save $75)

Camp Schedule:

Monday- 7 pm - Speed & Agility
Tuesday- 7 pm - Plyometrics
Thursday- 7 pm - Stretch / Recovery
Saturday- 12:00 pm - High School Strength Training
Saturday- 1:30 pm - Middle School Strength Training
