A HEALTHY side dish to serve at your holiday dinner!
Ingredients: 1 Butternut Squash 1 Pack Fresh Brussels 1 Cup Pecans EV Olive Oil 2 TBS Pure Maple Syrup 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Christmas Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussels
Instructions
Loose Directions :)
Dice butternut squash and drizzle with EVOO.
Half brussels and drizzle with EVOO.
Roast brussels and squash 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees (seperate or combined pans).
With 5 minutes remaining- toss pecans on top of the vegetables and roast for 5 minutes.
When done, add cooked ingredients to a large bowl and toss with 2 TBS of pure maple syrup and add 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
Gently mix and enjoy :)
