Meet The Instructors
Born and raised in Delaware, Ashley lives in Lewes with her high school sweetheart and their two beautiful daughters Aubree, 10 and Anastasia 2 and another one on the way. Fitness and helping others achieve their goals has always been her passion. Dancing for 9 years, then moving on to cheerleading in High School (making the Varsity team her Freshmen year,) running half marathons, participating in Bike to the Bay, competing in body building (bikini division,) and learning overall balance with life. Ashley enjoys working out and watching others achieve their goals. “The body achieves what the mind believes!”
Claudia became a cycling enthusiast after taking her first spin class eight years ago. She fell in love with the thrill of a challenging workout and it led her to pursue becoming an instructor. She is certified in indoor cycling by Madd Dog Athletics and has been teaching for six years. Her love for spinning came naturally and she uses it to inspire others to improve their fitness level and cycling ability. Claudia is very spirited, enthusiastic and has a passion for cycling that she passes on to her riders, making her classes exciting and fun. As an instructor, she will motivate and inspire you with high energy workouts within a safe, supportive and enjoyable riding environment.
Trish Metts has been an Indoor Cycling Instructor for seven years. She was an avid participant for many years before that. Group cycling classes helped her to to become a stronger runner and maintain the high energy level needed to meet her daily responsibilities.
Over the years, Trish has cultivated a true passion for group fitness in all its forms; she loves the camaraderie and community of working together as a team. She is certified to lead yoga, BodyPump and indoor cycling classes. If you come to her class, you will find your pace in the beat of modern popular music. You will build your core and lower body strength through a series of drills with varying intensity and duration with very short rest periods.
If you are new to cycling, no worries! Do what you can to start and rest assured that you will build endurance and cardiovascular fitness with every class. Trish's favorite tips for class: Come a few minutes early to get the perfect bike fit, bring water, and have fun!
Trish lives and works right here in Milford. She is a Mom and Mom-Mom, an avid baker and recently learned to knit!
